Etho, what’s happened? It feels to me like you’ve just abandoned YouTube :(
I’m also missing your UHC, sorry if you addressed this or its just me.

Hello Etho! I’m now playing something I call “superflat survival”, pretty
simple concept: you create a superflat world, get wood and stone from the
village buildings, iron, gold, diamond gear from the loot chest in the
villages. The interesting thing about this game mode is that it’s all about
building, building houses, barns, even mountain and stuff. It’s a little
boring a first but I really like this style because I can have soooooo much
space the build and express some of my ideas. So that’s what I’m currently
doing :)

I decided I wanted to build a survival games type map after watching
survival of the fittest. Unfortunately I decided to centre it on a
mountain, which building by hand, even in creative is taking forever…

A couple of the cool things I’ve done in Minecraft is that me and a couple
of my friends had an attack of the B team server with new mods added like
portal gun, gravity gun, choco quest, the rediscovered mod an enchantment
plus and the series name was called techCraft 2.0. Another thing is that I
made a design that was inspired by my friend TechWiza247 except he used it
for a tunnel design whereas I change the blocks and I’m using it as an
underground base design.

Hey, Etho! Here is a “UNIQUE LITTLE-KNOWN THING” in VANILA MINECRAFT.
The hardest WITHER FIGHT / SPEED CHALLENGE:
1) Make sure you are using version 1.8 release (1.8.1 might work too but I
have not tested it).
2) Create a Wither in the End, in the middle of the main island,
unobstructed by any blocks, ready to fly.
3) Kill the Wither.
Why is it challenging? The Wither will not focus on a player; instead it
will chase after random endermen, flying insanely fast all over the island
– not easy to hit with a bow.
Not hard enough?? Try a Speed Challenge: Do the above wither fight with
power IV bow, sharpness IV sword, any armor without thorns, no beacons, no
potions, no Notch apples (plain golden apples are allowed) and kill the
Wither in under 3 minutes.
Edit: Use hard difficulty setting.

I am currently working on a 340 by 340 nether perimeter for a wither wiper.
I can tel you, there is no easy way to do something this big. I have goten
over 30 double chests of TNT for this project so far. that is 400000+ sand
I had to mine. I have collected many double chests of quarts by now and I
am being careful to collect all the soulsand for the nonrenewable wither
boss. The project should be done in 6 months.
Ps. I have mastered the art of quickly crafting TNT. and the fire
resistance on god apples is very us full in the nether as they can stack to
64 and thus take up les inventory space than fire resistance potions.

The though came to me and I wanted to say it, but if you ever get serious
about restarting, either make a nether cave for a while, getting things set
up, adding and refining portals, setting up sorting, blablabla. Or,
remember that odd glitched portal? Use that to go into that remote location
in your world, and just practically start over, your only way to get back
is through dying, and ender chests will become slightly more important to
avoid constantly using a suicide booth. What does Mr.Internet think?

Etho, for the special trees use Bdubs’s method of putting a five high
pillar with torches on one side, and the putting an Oak sapling next to the
bottom torch. Once it grows, you can make the trunk a two by two and there
you go, custom tree

place some of the log/wood blocks IN the dirt so it has a little more
variation looking like roots are there.
:D

Etho messed with the granite God. So he got his pick burned….. Simple
logic ._.

Too many boulders, maybe some grass, flowers, different grass/dirt types.
Maybe add something interesting like a grave or a cemetery and when you die
you can respawn in the cemetery and like crawl up some stairs so you’re
like Zombie Etho. I dunno :p

A HUGE advent calender. Where everyday I come and blow up some tnt, and it
shows me a prize/bad prize. But I didn’t fill in the prizes, my friend did!
It is so fun and I hope I explained it pretty well! Please no hate, I’ve
just never seen this.

What cool thing i am doing? Well I usually gather some resources and start
doing something with redstone and building like you do! :) But I am
planning on making a puzzle map with traps, logic puzzles, questions about
minecraft and for questions about the world and its history and stuff like
parkour and dropper!

Just a thought but maybe you can implement fallen trees into the build in
the plains biome.
December 9th, 2014 at 8:34 AM
I’m doing a Let’s play of Minecraft. Nothing original or anything, but it
is a lot of fun!
Also i never knew what flyboys was all about. Is it just a modpack or is it
a game you guys came up with?

Dear Etho, With the rocks in the plains, you should put the only by
pathways, they look weird and scattered if you put them everywhere. I also
really think you should do a Heartstone! vid
