I like the new minecraft, because it has more blocks and stuff, but I don’t
like that it has become so easy. Back then it was scary to go out in the
night. Now when you travel you just carry one bed with you and sleep
outside before it gets dark and the mobs don’t even spawn.

Of course it’s far too late, but I’d prefer if episodes like these were in
a special category: “Etho Plays Minecraft – Special Episode 2: Beta
Minecraft”. These episodes don’t quite fit in with the rest of the series,
though they are definitely fun and more than worth to watch.
This is just my opinion and it’s already to late to introduce a system like
this, but I just wanted to throw it out.

I actually never watch your normal minecraft videos (cause vanilla
minecraft is boring), but watching your old mc worlds is very enjoyable

Im sitting in my loungeroom watching this and I must say that the nostalgic
of minecraft back then really was amazing. Im glad you showed us your old
worlds Etho. You have become a fantastic Minecrafter back and still are
today. Keep up the good work Etho. :)

The fact that leaves didn’t decay in alpha is not a glitch, it was just the
decay feature had not been added yet.

for some reason i just see another Etho going through the caves placing
torches and doing redstone while you observe him like a ghost or kinda a
flashback and you be there still weird
