@Kusaragi Have you taken a look at Xisumavoid’s Cave Spider EXP farm? He has two of them and combines them into a sticky piston suffocation contraption. If you haven’t already, you may want to check it out.

@Keviths I just replied to someone else by mistake, but check out Xisumavoid’s Cave Spider EXP farm if you haven’t already. It uses redstone etc. so it’s more material intensive, but it’s working quite well in SMP for me.

Etho, can you make a quick tutorial on how to make a double cave spider spawner, maybe with SMP differences too, because I would like to build one to get enchaments on SMP :) Thanks.

I’ve been meaning to ask… Have you managed to iron out the kinks for the Spider trap? I can get my spiders to climb a tower, but once I get them hurt I can’t seem to come up with an effective storage area where they don’t glitch through a wall once a couple of them show up. Any ideas or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

By the time you cleaned everything up, I’d become paranoid about water sounds and that combined with the sound of caves spiders at 32:58 was really freaking me out!!

etho the way theire tracking you in smp theire tracking me in singleplayer aswell.. it’s really annoying scince i can’t make a proper farm.
