Either normal glass or glass that matches the clay (e.g. yellow and brown)

use red glass on the cieling to match the red fog of the nether

Dark gray glass on the borders and orange on the middles. Just copy lower
design with glass ;)

Put fences on the white walls so nothing will spawn and you don’t have to
make a roof!

You should match the glass color with the clay block color. Won’t look
stupid and matches the theme of the build. You could say it would be harder
to see the honeycomb, but they would both be shaped and colored the same,
just another honeycomb layer.

You guys should put walls where the stone bricks are and put one or two
golems in each leaf

For the roof, maybe repeat the honeycomb pattern with various stained glass
colors.

Use the glass to copy the farm base… Like a glass honeycomb

no roof, just make the walls taller and and a couple of glass blocks above
each glowstone.
