Just to say, killing rabbits and innocent creatures will make you gain
    naughtyness.
If you are too naughty, a guy will come and avenge them.

  3. The illuminati Says:

but what if dont is not starve?

  4. Birch Plays Says:

Etho I know that you answered o this before, but I couldn’t remember which
video it was on so here’s the question: why don’t you record at
1080p@60fps? Please answer and keep up the good work. Btw, I’m a huge fan
of you and have been following you since the beginning!

  5. SirCosmicBacon Says:

“Are you losing sanity as well?” Mouses over the brain which he figured
out is sanity and there is an arrow pointing down as well as the sanity
number being an odd number like 129. “I dont think my guy does”. Also, you
lose sanity at night, and that biome is not a desert! There are beefalo,
birds, grass, and tons of rabbits. What kind of desert has that?

  6. May the salt be with you Says:

    make a crockpot guys. after that, let me give you some recipes;

meatballs (62.5 hunger, 3 health, 5 sanity) this one is probably going to
be your main food, it’s very easy to make.

    1 meat + 3 fillers. example; 1 monster meat + 3 berries/carrots/mushrooms

fishsticks (37.5 hunger, 40 health, 5 sanity. I usually eat this one for
    restoring my health)

    1 fish + 1 twigs + 2 fillers. example; 1 fish + 1 twigs + 2 berries

bacon and eggs (75 hunger, 20 health, 5 sanity)

    1.5 meat + 2 eggs. example; 1 monster meat + 1 morsel/frog legs/fish/meat +
    2 eggs

this one is very easy to make, after you have birdcage, you can give two
cooked monster meat to bird and get two eggs.

honey ham (75 hunger, 30 health, 5 sanity)

    2 meat + at least 1 honey. for example; 1 monster meat + 2 morsels + 1
    honey or 1 monster meat + 1 meat + 2 honey

important: don’t use more than one monster food* in crock pot, it will make
monster lasagna (except for very few recipes, which you can usually use
something easier to get as fillers) (37.5 hunger, -20 health, -20 sanity)

*; durian also counts as monster food, but as long as you don’t use more
than one durian, you can use it as a fruit filler without any negative
    effects.

drying racks are great for storing food, it will last much longer. (cooked
meat lasts for 10 days, jerky will last for 20 days) it will also restore
very good amount of health and sanity (small jerky restores 8 health and 10
sanity, normal jerky restores 20 health and 25 sanity.)

I suggest making a bird cage as fast as possible, bee boxes are also
helpful. honey will stay fresh for 20 days, and it will be stale after
that. but you can keep it fresh forever, since you can get honey from bee
boxes pretty fast and keep adding fresh ones to the stack.

    also;

you can kill butterflies, even with your hands. (ctrl+f) butterfly wings
recover 8 health and 9.3 hunger, which is not bad at all.

you can plant anything in savannas.

sorry for my bad english, I hope it helps.

  7. Daniel Adamson Says:

Hey etho did you really call rob aka old man willy and tell him to play
    this game?
He said it in his first episode with pose!

and I think you do damn good.
There is something different about your videos compared to other youtubers
that makes me anxiously wait for the next video.
Hell, I dont even play DST and i still love watching you have a go at it.

    Keep up the good work!!

  10. Dan Friedman Says:

Don’t live too close to the beefalo! After day 14 (i think) they will be
mad at you and start to attack if you get close

  11. Sebastian Bugar Says:

Etho please. Tell Doc that he needs to stop singing that song.. It sounds
    really bad >.<

  12. Thechosenone093 Says:

One way to kill the turkey in Don’t starve together is to use your
characters to scare it in a way were it wants to run to ocean you will be
able to hit him till he dies if you do it right however sometimes his meat
falls into the ocean and the game deletes the meat that falls in so be
    careful about that.

  13. BlueSpace70 Says:

Etho, you can use carrots as baits in your rabbit traps.. Pick them up!!!!

  14. MuffinzGoneWild Says:

Etho are you even reading the comments? :/ so far like half of all the
comments are saying not to eat monster meat because it brings down your
    sanity.

  15. Mr_Tom_Tom Gaming Says:

Hey Etho! I saw your latest Minecraft single player series when you talked
about maybe making a Don’t Starve single player after this one with
Docm ends. I recommend you use the Reign of Giants DLC if you play. It
adds a whole bunch of new features and things to do to make the series more
    exciting.

  16. Ieuan Mills Says:

It is actually really hard to tip a cow. They weigh a lot. To actually tip
one, you need 4 men to push it, and you would need to bind its legs
together. It would probably wake up by the time everything is in position

  17. Gorrion DC Says:

YEEAAAAA and it goes on … :D love it!

  18. Remesis Says:

Why can’t I move my mouse?! It’s stuck over the video!

  19. Evandroworks Says:

I’m loving seeing their learning happening on camera… I want to learn
with them so I refuse to check the wiki and spoil the surprise.

So because I can assume that everything I’ve learned they already also
know, the only thing that saddens me when watching this playthrough is not
when they face problems that they yet don’t know about… but when they
don’t use the knowledge they already gathered to make their lives easier
    and not die.
It is not a question of knowledge but of reasoning. “I’m dying… what were
the causes and, from what I’ve learned, what can I do to survive?”…
“Shadows are appearing, whats the reason? It’s insanity? If so, what could
    have caused it?”… etc.

For example, they are starving, but…
    the carrots are frequently ignored
they don’t collect berry bushes (something they already did in previous
episodes) as soon as they see them
or eat/cook all the seeds when they just learned how to plant them
know how to build traps for rabbits and developed a strategy to catch them
without a bait, yet frequently ignore them
eats monster meat (how can that be healthy even the robot says “that was
    not food”) instead of rabbits

This is not a complaint. I’m expressing how I feel when seeing this stuff
    happening.
I don’t fell mad or expect them to adapt to my view of things, which is
something you expect from a complaint.
It is just a sad feeling, because I know that they could be less frustrated
and progress with much fewer hiccups if they just questioned the things
that are happening, the texts on the screen, and used their knowledge to
    their advantage.

But like I said, I don’t expect things to change because of how I feel, so
I can only watch and hope that they will use more of what they know as time
    passes, even if painfully slowly.

  20. Sparky69WithCheese Says:

Etho! don’t eat the monster meat! it hurts your health and and your sanity.
Dry it on a drying rack first!
