Xisuma, for a Minecraft mythbusting episode, could you test whether or not
more leaves despawning at once give more saplings back per tree? Say, 100
jungle trees (not 2×2) in each group. Groups with 1/5/10/20/50 despawning
    at once.

  2. King OniOniOn Says:

    He traveled new biomes

xisuma – could you please link me to your favourite breeding machine –
there are so many and i dont know which one is the best

  4. TheRunnico Says:

Rumors started specifically due to swamp trees having more leaves, hence,
more apple drops. Very nice time lapse, however..

  5. massticlezors Says:

Xisuma, having done 2 tests on the first two biomes means that there is a
    definite variance on apple drops.

The myth is busted only in as much that biomes can generate up to 13 or so
apples based on the parameters of your test. But to get a more accurate
apple drop ratio this test would need to be ran at least 10 or 100 times
    more.

I heard this rumour that mobs spawn less in caves when its night due to the
mobs above ground, is this true?

    Hi Xisumavoid

  8. Spencer Muen Says:

Those timelapses looked pretty cool, with the leaves decaying and whatnot.

I do enjoy this series, but I must say, sometimes you have seem to have
made up your mind on beforehand, as to whether the myth is true or not. I
agree that the 13 apple drop in desert vs the 3 in swamp doesn’t really
indicate anything, but one should always set up the experiment in such a
way that any result WILL indicate something (for example, in this
experiment you could have used 10 times the amount of trees). Your approach
now was rather unscientific; you simply experimented until you got the
    desired results…

Does the grade of armour/weapon (wood, stone, iron, chain, gold, diamond)
have an effect on the enchanting? Because i was playing Blitz Survival on
the Hypixel server and I’ve gotten better enchants on gold chestplates (and
leggings) than iron, chain, or leather. I’ve gotten protection II and
thorns I on golden leggings before (only once) on a level one enchant.

Will a looting sword cause the wither to drop more than one nether star?

  13. djbcut76 Says:

Now test the droprate of apples from different leaves, choose a biome you
like to “finish” the apple job :)
    Great work, thx

Do biomes and different lightning sources affect wheat grow speed

  15. Ondřej Konicar Says:

Do leaves drop more apples on bukkit server/minecraft server/singleplayer ?

  16. etopsirhc Says:

lol, etho and his rumors ( at least first place i heard it from during a
    UHC)

  17. xisumavoid Says:

I’m readying some of your comments, yes there a speiling mistaekes, and
this test is purely about leave drop rates being effected by biome types.
It is a great notice that the game generates larger trees (or ones with
more leaves) in the swamps! Which if had noticed it i could of mentioned it
    in the video :-)

  18. Elliot Cartlidge Says:

I believe the myth was that because swamp tree have more leaves, people
thought they dropped more apples but its just because they have more leaves.

  19. gferrol118 Says:
