Keralis the end of mission report screen can only show you two rewards or
two things you got. You can get way more and you did. You just didn’t
check. So after every mission you need to look at all your items.

I just got to the same Parr he played through this morning, I’m level nine
but when I have to go to get the item vex thing, I always die because its a
level 11 story. Really annoying
