I’m going to have to disagree with buying a GTX 690. While it will be a kick ass graphics card the price is just ridiculous. It would be a better idea to wait a few months after it releases for the price to drop. Either that or go with a 680, there’s no reason to go all out at once when a 680 will last awhile.

The prices won’t drop in just a few months. It will drop in a year or 2 when the nextgen hardwares are announced and released. So its better to be very safe than sorry.
