hey paul , the medical boxes are full , u just have to take the crap out of the way , and the it will appear something saying , “open medical box” . hope i helped (sorry for bad english) :)

No, the Revolver takes 3 bullets to kill a Z now, and I don’t even know how many bullets an M1911 will take. The G17 may have lower damage, but it’s huge clip size, fire rate, and the frequent ammo spawns make it the ideal pistol to use now.

yo paul, those medical boxes were probably untouched, not looted.
you have to collect all the junk around them first, (empty cans and whatnot) so you can access the actual loot in the box

paul the AFK zombies are the best things on dayz when you join a server with the chain you get them and its EPIC! by the way you can loot the intire cherno when they are here and print around town!

Hey guys I want to tell a story I was playing dayz a while ago and had an Alice pack a shotgun a pistol and tons of med supples after I found all that good stuff then I get B slaped by a zombie. I raged all the rest of the day lol :P
