My daughter and I playing Civilization 5. Arguably one of the best 4x strategy game franchises of all time! I’ve been playing since Civ 1 but haven’t spent much time with this version. When it tells you to build, say a farm, on the same tile one is already on it means you started, but never finished that farm. the option to build a farm will no longer be available once the farm is complete.

Love this game. My dad works at firaxis, he was the lead art designer for civ 2 and 3. My name is visible in the top view of a forest in civ 3 :)

I think about school when I’m having fun. For example, I like to think of hypothetical situations and then try to figure out a formula that would give me my answer for any combination of ‘x’ and ‘y’.

@Spyleader29 He won’t have to. Land units can travel on shallow water in civ 5. But unless he want to travel on deep water, he’ll have to.
