I never really played the game like this, just went into sandbox mode, used a ton of money cheats and builded a huge city.. but this seems awesome! i am going to try to play like this (no cheats)

You should definately atleast TRY Tropico 4.
Keep the Cities XL series but try Tropico soon =)
