Have you checked how much the roads’ upkeep costs are? You seem to be
preemptively setting up the roads system, which is smart by all accounts,
but it can have quite the impact on a small town’s budget. Sooo curious to
see if this really is the game simcity should have been, hope you explore
it thoroughly!

I understand that likes get you more views but demanding them is something
I am not personally keen on.
Every service building seems to have a zone of influence that is spreading
along roads. So try putting your services right in the middle of your
residential area. Also the fire department would be better in the
industrial area where the risk of fire is much higher.
In previous episode you were leaving 2 block gaps to the zoning right next
to the secondary roads so that you could upgrade them later but now you
just zoned those areas.
Also you were just speeding along when there were warning bubbles popping
for example about low electricity and water. I guess that this game has
more complex and realistic systems simulating everything than SimCity so
you should pay more attention to them.
They are making this game in the city right next to mine here in Finland.
I’m still looking forward for more episodes while I’m considering about
applying for a summer job in the company that is making this game.

MOAR MOAR MOAR MOAR I loved the City Sims series but it was just too buggy,
I hope this series lasts for a solid 30 or 40 episodes, if not longer! :D

game… And is it really necessary to make the city so compact, as there’s
so much land available in this game?

Oh god, I’m really feeling like building a city myself now :) I enjoyed
playing Simcity, trying to get as efficient as possible, however to a
certain point the game wasn’t able to pick up all the trash etc.
Do you think its worth buying the Deluxe version over the regular one?

This game will be out on March 10th and costs 28$. The deluxe version costs
37$. For all who wondered. :P

Sim city had so many flaws! There was always something wrong it was
impossible to keep a sucefful city ,the only fun thing was god mode where
you could invade the city with a giant robot. What will be the price and
specs for this game?

You need to replace your water towers, because it is getting water from the
polluted groundwater soon. (because of the Industry next to it.. also you
need to know that those district policies cost alot of ”euro’s” per
building, so it get very expensive.

Also it would be nice if you could build some different road layouts next
time, because those grids are boring.
maybe you could make a circles and curves.. Remember this is not Simcity
2013.. you have alot of space to build on. anyway i liked the video because
i like to see more of this.
