Paul, to get the ON A RAIL achievement, make a 2×2 rail system and ride for
a while until you get the achievement. I hope this helped!

You should break the portal in the nether using creative and regenerate the
portal at the top by having chief go into the portal after you have broken
it.

Paul went in creative and then checked out the spawner? Seems a little
dodgy to act suprised when you ran RIGHT TO THE EXACT PLACE where the chest
was.

The nether is smaller than the real world every 1 block there is 6 blocks
in the real world. You r spawning in the border
