    You’ve got some copyright infringement here. That song is by Kevin McLeod
    who releases his music under Creative Commons with Attribution. This means
    that content creators using his music must credit him in order to legally
    use it. Kevin also requires a link back to his site in addition to the
    credit. Since there is no attribution or link, this video violates
    copyright law. This means that the video is liable for a DMCA takedown, as
