Spiders can’t sting people, they don’t have stings.
They can bite, but I doubt that species of spider is dangerous

If you’re going to keep pets you MUST learn how to look after them. Your tarantula is living in (to what it sees) as horrific conditions. It’s like you being chucked into a wilderness you don’t know. Your tarantula needs some type of burrow or cave to hide in and escape from light, they can be found cheaply online. Also give it a normal reptile style water bowl and eco earth soil. I know this is all already stated but it’s really important. People must take responsibility and care for their pets
