I’m sorry to say this MCA but your final design doesn’t work for me. The topmost torch controlling the piston does not change state on the button push at all. It remains off. Does this design depend on the cardinal directions ?

@anistuffs I meant the dust controlling that torch

@Minecraftaddict Doesn’t work either. Redtorches doesn’t power redstone dust on top of block directly in front of it, remember.
Anyway, here’s my recreation of your final design. Can you please tell me if I placed something wrong (most likely) imgur .com/IxQh9

I’ve made a smaller version of this and I think someone made another even smaller than that too based on my design.
Look up N3G4 on reddit.

@anistuffs Did you notice the redstone dust on top of the first torch?
February 15th, 2012 at 12:41 AM
@Trym1994 Yup I did.

@kingcorey100 There’re over 1M Minecraft players; so I guess not.

It’s not a one tick clock, it’s à 0001 clock.
February 15th, 2012 at 12:49 AM
hmm, already knew that design…
February 15th, 2012 at 12:53 AM
@Trym1994 You mean the torch controlling the piston? Yes I did.

@anistuffs Try removing the extra torch and the dust on top. Then put a block infront of the remaining torch with dust on top of that. Might work better.

@Minecraftaddict I’ve tried your corrected version with the touch removed, but it still doesn’t work. It is just spazzing out and then a fizz. It doesn’t feel like it is getting the pulse it needs to drop the sticky’ed block before retracting. I think the server lag that you were lamenting may actually be the only reason this is working at all for you. Can you get this working on Single Player?

imgur.c om/z5cbn A very rapid signal, can be changed to not be as rapid as need be.

Please look into randomizers and random pulse generator and circuits.

Hey! I commented something very similar to this before on your reddit :o
February 15th, 2012 at 1:19 AM
is it possible to make it a 1:1 clock and not a 1:4?
