Xisuma, for the education issue, you should probably try placing the schools (High school or grade school) nearer to the residential areas. Right now you have them at the entrance of your city, and since traffic does have a major impact on how many students the buses could pick up, I thought it would be more effective to place the schools inside the residential areas.
I don’t know if this is a sure-fix, but it’s an idea, thanks :)

To prevent this, you would either have to:
– create a extra supply (remember the water-towers?). Making it supply from multiple directions covers a larger area.
– Make it so that every ball doesn’t have to pass a large number of buildings to reach the furthest. Either by creating extra routes or centralizing your supply.
– REALLY ramp up the supply. Essentially overflooding the roadnetwork. Not recommended since this costs a lot of money.
In your situation I’d pick the first option. :)

Long?! This is perfect size, we can take even longer videos since they actually feel short due to the entertainment level of them. Can’t wait till the next episode.

Add the police station there where most of the crime is! There the police will patrol the most. LIKE SO HE CAN SEE!

Having a intricate roadsystem sometimes causes problems with water and electricity. The way it works is every “ball of water/power” picks a route and checks every building it passes if it needs it’s resources. Yes? It enters. No? It moves to the next building.
You’re problem is that the balls pass so many buildings, that it will almost always find a building that could use some, before reaching the building the furthest away.
