if simcity was very realistic(not sure), technically the high tech industry will give you more money then lower because they have more money that will be taxed in percentages unless its not taxed which it probably should be

You do need to work on your micro, just saying. It’s a bit annoying to have a “surprise” power shortage every time you up your density.

I believe that it would stop your industrial buildings from exploding as well.

That would start to throw the city out of balance, I’m simply not ready for it yet.

You missed a really tiny bit of road to upgrade when you upgraded for the residential and commercial. It’s where one street is in 2 parts and not in 1 part.

Great video as always :) I think your Hazmat problem is linked to your unfilled jobs, like Nuclear power needs high skill workers to not blow, your industries need medium and high wealth workers to function properly. maybe you could create very small areas with medium and high wealth to restore the balance ? Anyway, keep up the good work :D

He’s saying it would save you money, while still educating people

Sim City is an awkward game. Just because there is demand for something doesn’t mean you should build it. If i were to zone a bunch of new areas based on the demand then it would quickly throw the city out of balance and cause problems. Try it yourself! the demand does not translate to sucess

Well, upgrading the land value would increase the wealth of the citizens… fixing their money troubles.

Im not interested in high tech industry, thats not where the money is in this game :-)
