You should delete some road theres too many intersection which will cause traffic congestion later on when ur city grows into a larger city

U can upgrade your buildings with land vaue. If u dont upgrade the streets the density will stay low and u will have small rich buildings.

Keralis you need to manage all of your cities because criminals from other cities will go to the city you are building if the law enforcement isn’t good enough.
