Question: is it possible to do this 10 blocks tall (or more) just extending
the redstone for the side pistons’ design? Just for epicness sake.

Your design uses 1 monostable, but you should really use 2, one for each
side of the door because the pressure plates are too slow and might cause
problems when dealing with lava (tested).

Xisuma,you are a THRILL!

Nice! This was a similar idea I had with my water doors :D I do think that
both sides should have their own monostable circuit as it may cause
problems (just like what Maizuma said)

I created a item sorter that filters 9 different items into a single chest
via a mostly full dropper. A huge chest/hopper saver for things like wool
and it’s variants. Do you have any idea on how to make that tillable?

Good thing to note:
Making lava doors in the nether makes for a great effect, because the lava
does flow quickly like water! A great theme-door!

This is exactly what I need for my base! there’s going to be lava in the
walls, so i can use this as a secret doorway :D

Looks great but could really use being button activated otherwise any old
creeper could activate them! I’m a total redstone n00b so I have no idea
how to go about doing that myself.
TL;DR:
Great design for creative, not so much for survival.

Was it really 7 month ago?! Time has passed so fast :D
It would also be nice to use sticky pistons instead of normal ones
