One thing I wanted to know: how on earth was the item elevator discovered
in the first place?!

Can someone explain to me how item elevators actually work? I mean the item
just hits the fence then just flies up like it has negative gravity or
something

sounds like it could be very useful

Thank you, now I can get rid of the fish in my guardian farm before the
items go up to my afk room for sorting. The damned fish had been slowing
down the system.

This is really usefull. I can’t believe you keep coming up with more stuff
EVERY time.

This would be a good way to filter rotten flesh out of a subterranean gold
farm.
Q4U: Do you use a headset or a microphone to record?

Can you sort out more then one item at a level? Say either green or purple
dye getting filtered at one level and orange or yellow at the next?

Absolutely brilliant! I love seeing brand new concepts and you sir have
delivered once again!

this is a great application for horizontal filters – the 1st hopper feeds 1
to its side and remains unlocked. the 2nd gets locked, outputs wherever,
but must be jammed full of items to stop the 1st from emptying.
i don’t consider the use of lots of items in a filter to be such a big deal
at all – if you can’t spare a few stacks of seeds or whatever, your farm
probably isn’t so hot.

Not reliable : the torch can burn out

I saw a post on the minecraft subreddit that was this exact concept and
design. This is just an exact clone.

I actually think this is pretty useful and revolutionary
