I’ve teamed up with Pause and Beef once again, this time we are taking on Uncharted Territory 3, a CTM map by Amlup. The goal is to find all 16 wool colors a…

There is a challenge… then a challenge where its just silly. This is the
later.

This is so cheap. Remember in your last series, where they were joking
about signs of a lazy map maker, just to troll the maker. Dumping all kinds
of mobs in an overdose in an area, that is a sign of a lazy map maker.

LOL cant wait to see the them do all hell breaks loose. That one was a pain
for me and i was playing on hard. Just finished this map today too. This
was definitely harder than UT2 IMO

Actually I think every persons experience is different in there play thru
as ive watched I havent really seen anything they could have done that
would have changed the outcome and these people are pretty good at what
there doing I meen etho has a machine that actually has emotions he has
made that in a game that is basically stacking blocks and connecting lines
of dust so for all the people saying they are doing it wrong go suck an egg

from this playthrough i have learned how ti make a ctm map
Step 1. Make a new world
step 2. Replace every block with spawbers
Step 3. Replace the air with lava

was like:

It would be a dream come true to have subscribers…

The reason this area was so hard for them is because they weren’t
prepared. They spent way too much time in that dungeon where the wool is
located and let too many mobs spawn. But they got the wool, so congrats!
:)

I thought Etho, an actual good CTM player would know this out of all of
Team Canada, would think about this:
-Final two wools are left. They are usually the hardest. What makes you
think unenchanted iron armour/level 1 enchanted iron armour w/unenchanted
bows is gong to cut it?
-Why are you going into the red/black wools without the axe from the
villager in I4?
-You don’t need speed potions if you have that axe.
-No regen, no healing, no strength potions….are you guys serious?
I think you guys are really giving Amlup unintentional hate from this area.
A lot of your fans are watching this LP and think that this map is
extremely unbalanced from this area, while in reality you were the ones who
weren’t well prepared. Play the map yourself and watch people like
Rockenroll4life or Proxy, who defeated this map quite easily. Don’t hate on
Amlup’s maps just because they took the stupidest possible route into
achieving the green wool. Tunneling into an area, not taking out any
spawners/lighting them up, and then complaining about the amount of mobs?
It’s just illogical. Play the map yourself and you’ll see how this area
truly plays out. It’s honestly not even that bad.

I think these mob overload CTM levels are fun to play yourself, but not
good footage. I’d love to build farms, but these guys might not have time
(they have other episodes to work on). Who knows.

“Just add a bazilllion spawners and call it a day” Yepbasically.

The sad thing is it’s their own fault. They all have quick play styles,
none of them like to take the time to set anything up or grind for
resources. Because of this they keep rushing with limited resources and
losing what little they have. This area was NOT designed to be tackled
with anything short of nicely enchanted armor and tools. Totally
understand WHY they play quickly, whereas they might take more time if they
weren’t making an LP of it, but it’s certainly not the area’s fault for
them having this hard of a time.

Hey Etho, I think you went to the hardest area first that is why you died
so much, I think its just like Ruins OF The Mindcrackers where you had a
specific place to go to so you don’t go to the hardest place first. Just
saying I might be wrong
November 20th, 2013 at 8:08 AM
I don’t think there is anything ridiculous about this map, nor do I see
anything wrong with their game play. After all the fun is in the
experience. If we all played the same way it would become boring. Thanks
guys, you are fun to watch!!!

I know a secret that you three never found! By the time I got to the real
green wool area I already had a full set of Diamond armor with protection
4. And feather falling 4 boots. With unbreaking 3 on them. I found diamond
ore not to long after that. I didn’t need all of it. So how did I get the
armor? AMLP tends to put two full sets of diamond armor in his maps, if you
haven’t found one full set, you aren’t looking hard enough. As you come
into the monument from the tower of Light. Look back at the way you came.
Just before the paths go different ways. There is an cleverly hidden arrow
in its point there is gravel. I use the secret there to help me beat the
last areas

Strategic distance despawning and lighting runs might be a solution to the
upcoming badness…
November 20th, 2013 at 8:33 AM
yay progress! :D
November 20th, 2013 at 8:33 AM
Even though everyone else is ranting on about how poorly Team Canada is
doing this map, I only have one thing to say.
18:31 Etho, learn to craft a bowl. :P
November 20th, 2013 at 8:33 AM
I love watching these guys, but they do tend to try and just blow through
levels too quickly. I guarantee that a more measured approach would have
had greater success. I’m not surprised they were stuck for so long with
their game plan. Still, keep up the good work, boys.

This map has gone to such hell! I hope the last
To areas aren’t that bad..
