Paul you should get a scyther and give it the false swipe tm. It only
leaves 1 hp and so its easier to catch pixelmons without finishing them in
battle

Paul, you have to remember that some Pokemon have 2 types, not just one.
Both types resistances and weaknesses apply at the same time. Take Torterra
as an example, it’s a Ground/Grass type. Ground typing is weak to Water,
but Grass resists water, therefore Torterra takes neutral damage from Water
attacks. If you had Ice Beam on Pip, it would have killed Torterra in one
hit. (x4 weakness to Ice).
Your current team has a glaring weakness against Ice attacks. Dragonite,
Rayquaza and Flygon are all x4 times weak against Ice, and Archeops is x2
weak against Ice.

My team is the “classic” one, blastoise, venosaur, charizard, dragonite,
mewtwo and mew, it’s very nice.

My advice for a good psychic-type pokemon? Find a Ralts, Kirlia, or
Gardevoir. If you find the Ralts or Kirlia, make sure they’re girls. Have
Gardevor learn calm mind, Psychic, and shadow ball and it’s nearly
unstoppable.
