How to make the 3 lines that xisuma writes in 1:35. Please answer!

If you have trouble with the squiggly lines you can just press F3 (fn + F3
if you’re on a mac) to see your coordinates (x, y and z) and instead of
typing the lines type the coordinates. For example: /setblock 654 30 453
minecraft:stone

I’d actually recommend typing “/tp 0 64 0″ as soon as you enter the word,
and then “/setspawnpoint” there. That way the center (spawnpoint) of your
world is exactly on x=0 and z=0, which makes debugging a lot easier if
you’re working with bigger redstone things :-)

You can also use “0,” as a custom preset to achieve the same void world as
shown in the video. :-)

I always put an barrier block floor at the bottom, so you don’t have to doe
the /setblock command en you cannot fall into the void.

Before video: He better use the /setblock command…
After video: Pheww, i thought i’d been doing it wrong all this time.

Something very useful to do is set up your world to however you want it to
be and, when you need a new one, just copy and paste the world on the saves
folder and use it (:
I do that every time I do new video and it saves you a lot of time!

I think there is also a (secret) seed for a void world but I don’t know…

Why do you use ‘minecraft:block’ rather than just ‘block’?

Very Helpful, now I can create a minigame/sky block with friends

+xisumavoid The 3 at the start is the worldgen preset version number. We
are at the fourth iteration of worldgen presets format.

That was actually very useful, Thanks X!

This world is void of any blocks.

Type 0:0 in the custom generation and there you go !

I think 2; 0; 1; will do the same thing? Did not know about stopping the
sun! That will be great to know.
I seriously wish Mojang would add this to their presets or let us save
custom presets to use over and over.
Great tut X. Keep it up! :-)
