just testing the viabilty of this project. designed for minecraft video makers to create elements or zones to be assembled into a final speed/war/race map, and also create a map assembly series, possibly on a community channel.

I want to help.
AN idea i had is to make the spawn in the middle so they have to go 2 ways and they cant just go strait and have 1 person rush.

@zmaster498 interesting idea. the map is going to be largely about speed so rushing will be a necessity :)

Interesting idea, I really like it. But I think you can’t activate pressure plates with arrows only if fire is next to it.

I’m interested, but it might work better, if it had a starting block level. say mid way between sky limit and bedrock. thenelements can be easily interchangeable. make at least one row of blocks at mid height on either side, will allow at least two blocks moving room between elements. might look a bit symmetric, but might start something new and easier for people to use as well. new way for community’s to make levels together. award levels of all best elements made in a year. that would be cool.

I’m Certainly interested :)

i would really like too help with some simple redstone devices i have some ideas that i would like too implement
February 17th, 2012 at 8:12 PM
@upbeatanime that’s pretty much the idea, make stuff interchangeable so its easy to fit new parts in, space between the elements.. yup. i’ll go into more detail next time, present some possible map layouts etc..

take a look at what i made. i think it’l work well with your map. i still have a couple more ideas and ill put a response of them in your vid xD
February 17th, 2012 at 8:16 PM
@PhrDesigns yeah it seems like enough people are into the idea so i’ll make another vid about it in a few days. there will be a few guidelines but really it’s open to anyone :)

My video response is just a demo of a thing you can make puzzles with.
