    in creative you can just put a command block that spawns zombies realy high
    up and put a redstone clock then regulaur zombies will fall and die because
    the command block is high up and the chicken jockeys will float down and
    not die because chickens dont take fall damage.

    They have to spawn like that, like a spider jockey…They SPAWN on a
    chicken.

    Theres a command to spawn them,the normal spawn rate is 1/1500
