You forgot one thing!!
The clock is always running so even when the chunks are loaded there are
mobs falling down, if you want to stop that you should place a lever on the
block on front the repeater and it will block

How can you tell when there are mobs in your spawner?

I wish I had seen your mob spawner before I built mine in my current world.
Yours is much better. I built 132 3×3 platforms :)

Great video, its very useful when you don’t wanna be there hitting the
button. One thing I still don’t understand in mc (irrelevant to video) when
you smelt or build something, how do you get like the stack or whatever it
is, in inventory instead of just 1? If that makes any sense

Monkey, just a small tip, if you put a tile entity block (i actually go for
the chest) on top of a hopper makes 100% sure nothing will fall in and it
reduces the lag they create. If it’s a regular block there is a really
small chance it will get grabbed.

Hmm, a short cycle clock followed by a long cycle clock makes me think of
morse code; dot-dash is the letter A in morse so you could name it the
morse clock type A. If it was the other way around (dash-dot) it would be a
type N. :)

Well, I suppose that’s for the Hermits to use. You might need to place
instructions for them how to use it.

Woo!! Hey!

Actually I think when it rains in minecraft during day time it is bright
enough to prevent mobs spawning
