    well I would get AMIDST and do a seed search and find an awesome new seed, then explore the areas where you want to put your bases from the 1st – 3rd worlds then Mcedit them in with copy paste. clean the paste up with the brush tool and you got all your worlds in one !!

    Colours are brighter (that’s good), and in my opinion looks a little better. Loading time is the same for me (So it doesn’t matter)
    I think U can play on This map, and using Nether portal to create second base in new part of the world. in this way You still can build something here using possibilities new version of MC
