mc: full auto mechanical record factory grinder V1 WIP
sorry for throat clearing noises, gross! got carried away with my record factory while trying to design and afk super grinder that generates and recieves all items possible. lots of flaws but lots learned. heavily inspired by ethoslabs and wouldn’t be possible without bdtetra’s skeleton sorter plus all the people making mc tutorials that have helped me out.

@meshunderlay It’s really just for the challenge. People build cactus farms all the time, even though there’s really no use for that many cacti. Unless they’re planning on building something giant and green.

@EthosLab
thx! just trying to help give people some ideas, i love how all these crazy things are possible in minecraft :) who knows what’s next?!

The minecart creeper idea is genius. I’m fairly jealous I didn’t think of it for my system.

@red3yz Ok, fair enough. I mean, I do outlandish things in MC as well, so… I guess I get it, I was just asking.
The idea of sorting mobs is pretty amazing though, that it works and all.

Cool thing! I would like to get some records and this seems like a fun project to do.
BTW you rock cause you’re using Windows Vista and your game is not even lagging!

@red3yz
Well, i hate making big redstone things since it takes so much space.

lol @ no-life! i wish.. anyways you have just described the entire system, and when you break it down its quite simple, so get building! or someone will end up making something like that but i prefer afk machines and the carts would quickly fill up your inv.
hopefully someone will figure out a way to unload the mobs without destroying the carts. thx :)

Love the piehole.

Wow, just wow :) I love your idea to load them using minecarts and having the skeleton shoot at you in a diagonal direction :D

Do the mobs really rise with the water/sign thing?
February 17th, 2012 at 8:16 PM
@RobloxmannenTV
(haven’t figured out how to do it yet, probably lava that breaks the minecart wich fall into a water stream to a re-collection area, and the mob swim up through some water)
9. the mob gets put in a mob chamber.
10. you insert new minecart!

Holy shit amazing

could any of you “No-Life” Guys make a manual mob sorter.
Main idea:
1.A Minecart is boosted and picks up a mob.
2.the mob gets transported into a room.
3.the cart stops at a no-rail place
4. you click a button with a sign over it(Zombie, skelly and creepy)
5. a minecart gets sent to boost the “mobcart”
6.the rail splits up, it turns left or right, depending on what button you pressed
7. one of the tracks goes to another split(since there is )
8. the mob gets unloaded….

@red3yz Is that the OCD texture pack?

@CNDdubstep no it’s called piehole, no idea if it’s still being updated
February 17th, 2012 at 8:36 PM
haha that’s awesome!
It’s a bit big and over complicated, but that makes it look more awesome. I still haven’t made a record studio, but I do have a really good idea for how to make it.

This is like a giant factory or something.
