no thanks, if you can’t place blocks theres no point in making it look like minecraft, the enemies and avatar look as if the game would look much more pleasing if it looked more like rayman with the scenary :) or at least, less blocky xD

I really thought you were going to say something along the lines of “the graphical part was made by sphax84″ in concern to the game looking like minecraft (at least the starting area). Interesting game, I’ll definitely consider buying it :)

why do so many other games you play seem to look like minecraft?

Agreed. Unless you want the viewers to see your reaction while playing. Horror games are a good example. But for most, it is just pointless.

INDEED! Paul, I’m proud to have started watching youtube content with you.
Facecams just take unnecessary screen space, and add nothing interesting to the video. Scarecams maybe, but anything else is just a waste.

When this video started I almost thought you were playing Alone in the Dark with decent controls. Game looks interesting.

I can agree with that sentiment with a single exception: Horror gaming can be enhanced with a facecam due to the ability to see reactions to scares.

Hmmm, not bad, Paul.
I always enjoy your ITD’s but this is not entirely my cup-of-tea… For another (completely free) survival-roguelike, I would love you to take a look at Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead – I think you’d really like it if you could cope with the ASCII format and the initial learning curve (both of which are getting better with increasing wiki support and now a built-in tileset).

This seems just like minecraft graphics/dishonored gameplay had a baby and made eldritch

youre right paul. it would mess up the screen, and it some time messes up the volume for some reason.
