How to easily install bukkit with my getbukkit software
I have released some software I wrote (Windows only right now) that will download and configure a batch file for you to run bukkit! This greatly simplifies the process for you of getting and starting up bukkit. All the detail is in the video. Watch it and see how easy it is to start a bukkit server of your own! Future videos will show expanded features in the getbukkit software, and how to use and setup popular plugins. To download the program go to my website at the following URL and download the getbukkit software I wrote. www.hillsoftware.com Background image used courtesy of www.thatkidwhodraws.com

@TheLukas1232 8GB. But you can run Bukkit on pretty much any normal PC as long as you are not planning on hosting a bunch of users. I have run 6 people before on a system with only 1GB of memory.

I only have two words for this: Thank You! ;)
I’ll definately use this when I’m getting back to vanilla SMP (I’m trying to setup Tekkit – bukkit with technic pack – now xD)

@chipmagnet239 My software runs on Windows 2K/XP/Vista/7. If you are asking why I used Windows XP for my video, as I have stated numerous times in other bukkit videos. I run a fresh copy of Windows XP in a virtual machine on my Windows 7 box. That way I have a clean system to show my videos on.
