If you hold the jump key, when you fall on the slime block you still don’t
take fall damage and you just fall without going back up

it is doing it, because the beacon is going out of your render distance and
if you put it up a bit you will be able to see it

Bring something back from your first hardcore maybe the color coded sheep
farm etc idk but it be nice seeing something that reminded me from that
