    Put a colored glass pane over the beacon beam and it with change the color
    of the beam it was in one of the snapshots!!

    Breny the amount of levels it uses when enchanting is the same number of
    lapis you use. The other number just signifies how many levels you need to
    “unlock” that enchantment.
