Goodbye Cruel Spawner – Minecraft LP #36
The new mob AI changes in Minecraft 1.1-1.2 snapshots has severely decreased the efficiency of my mob spawner, so I’ve been working on a new design. Today i’ll start breaking down some of the areas that I need to move or change. I’ll be working hard to finish the rebuild, and hope to have it ready to show in a few days. you can use sings and water instead of the “breakers” so they fall straight to the farm

I read up on those cats and it said the cats have 10 health, but we all know cats have 9 lives. Why not make the cats have 9 hearts? Wired…-_0_-

I was hoping you’d adress this issue. It would be horribly ironic if the was tweaked again and they become more walkative instead of spin/bounce.

@TheSquarePiggy eh, it was good while it lasted… But actually the new snapshot 12w06 fixed the bouncing/spinning, and the old spawner works fine again (tested it out in my test world).

@BatteryPlaza Yeah, they did fix the spinning/jumping in the 12w06 snapshot … But i wanted to rebuild this for several reasons. new spawner video tomorrow. :)
