Yes. Because even though the style of graphics is low quality, the actual graphics can be low or really high graphics. Like the definition between the borders between blocks as well as the definition of each pixel, so that they don’t start to blend together. So if it is 480p like Etho’s videos are, then the pixels will “mix” together slightly, whereas a 720p, or a 1040p video will have each pixel shown quite sharply.

Linking portals are a simple process.
All you need to know is that 1 block in the Nether is 8 blocks in the World.
So, When you place a portal in the World, get the x and z coordinates, and divide them by 8. The result will be the related nether coordinates. Place a portal in the nether at those coordinates, and the portals should link perfectly!
Only problem could be with the y-coordinate, if you have multiple portals really close, like etho had in this video :)

Hello Mr. Ethoslab i am a long time subscriber of yours and i think that some new subscribers did not watch the episode where you explained the whole facecam thing . Maybe you could take a minute of a episode to explain the reasoning again.. Thank you for the great videos and have an amazing day. :) -ProjectParadise2012

Search for tutorials done by other people if you really need a video explaining the thing. Why should Etho do tutorials about things that are already covered by other people? The wiki is also a very good place to find info and if you don’t find your answer there you can try the forums. Portal linking is a pretty simple thing, there are only three rules to keep in mind.
