maybe you could have it in a different format. i find it simpler when you do it so i can pause the vid and do it step by step. with this it takes me a while to figure out which parts underground…

just wondering what levels is it for each amount of bookshelves blocked?

Nice tutorial xisuma, although it’s probably not very useful for people who don’t understand redstone mechanics as you don’t explain why blocks/redstone need to be placed where they are. I guess this is just the problem with the layer-format you are using, even though it makes for a speedy tutorial :D

Could you do a tutorial on a sand generator?
I mean the one JL2579 designed/any improvements on it?
Or Biffa’s. Though the other one is more for people who aren’t filling in masses of liquid. :)

Psshh that only matters for poor people. Lazyness is the issue :P

Ajustable enchantments with the bookshelves retracting looks cooler though :/

Could you move all the wiring down a block, and use sticky pistons and another block on top to conceal the pistons?

Heh. Hadn’t thought of the LOS blocking method. I built an adjustable enchanting room that actually moved the bookshelves in and out of range. The hardest part was satisfying my OCD to make it move them symmetrically, though I couldn’t quite make the lever arrangement symmetric as well as accessible from inside the room.

The one Nebris made is cooler :P

do you need the piston in front of the enchanting table (near the entrance) because its not actually blocking any bookshelves
