Map Making – The Arena: Episode 1
Let’s make a map! The goal of this series is to build a PvP arena of sorts, that is capable of a few specific technical functions needed for my game. This series will likely focus on the designing and technical aspects of the map instead of the aesthetics. Today we work on designing 5 minute timers that can visually and audibly show to the players clearly how much time is remaining. Note: I did figure out how to do the horizontal timer after I finished recording.

Minecraft – Nail: Locked Out
This is Rixiot’s game called “Nail”. In Nail there are 2 teams, the Attackers and Defenders. The goal of the Attackers is to breach through all of the castle’s many defenses and destroy 2 sponge blocks hidden safely away at the far end of the map. The goal of the Defenders is to protect the sponge blocks with all their might for a whole 20 minutes. The Defenders start the game 1 minute before the Attackers, which gives them a little window of opportunity to raid whatever chests they can from the Attackers, and get themselves settled safely within the castle walls. RFW – RMCT#3 Game #2: Blame Disco vs PME
Please note: I decided to cut out about 20 minutes of video from the game where not much was happening. I did this to reduce the file size of the video so that I would be able to upload it. SethBling’s POV has the full game from our side. It is Game #2 of 4 (Blame Disco vs. Professional Minecraft Engineers) in Reddit’s RMCT #3 Race For The Wool tournament. 32 teams compete in 5 single elimination tournament games for the title of season champions. The goal is to collect all 3 different wools and place them on your victory monument before the other team. These wool are very difficult to get. You are not allowed to use dyes on wool, you are not allowed to enter the void area between the 2 lanes, and there many other rules as well.
