yes you can, if you uncheck safe enchantment or some kind of checkbox provided

Quick question….this IS possible with potions, i can tell just by looking at the NBT edit files, its just not clear what needs to be edited. can you put up a list of all the effect IDs for potions? im not asking you to write them down, but if you know somewhere where it already is, please give us a link? thank you for your time, love your work :)
