in 1.3, using tools to break 1 hit item does not affect the durability. eg: wheat, sugar canes, grass

that happened to me too. sometimes when you take something from a chest it appears in your inventory for a little while then it disappears and reappears in the chest. It is an annoying bug Jeb should fix.
