Mo’ Creatures mod maybe? Also I would love to see you use the Feather Song texture pack. It is my favourite tex pack. I don’t know if it has any mod support, though.

I would say rei’s minimap. And also the aether. It’s a new world, with it’s own everything. Things like iron are useless, it has it’s own version of iron. If this hasn’t persuaded you, there are flying pigs.

Don’t do technic pack, to many mods.
I suggest stuff like tale of kingdom(needs new world), castle defender, timber mod…
