Fire Emblem is a great turn-based RPG you should check out. The newest one
is Fire Emblem: Awakening on 3DS. It’s rated the best game on the system
and there’s a ton to do.

Divinity: Original Sin is all turn based combat but it feels very good. The
rest of the movement is real time. I would recommend waiting a while to get
it because there are still quite a bit of bugs in it unfortunately, not the
best launch (loaded a quicksave, game crashed, now every time I try to even
start the game it just crashes so I assume I’m going to have to redownload
it).
The game itself though is absolutely fantastic and I would highly highly
recommend it. The previous Divinity game (at least number 2 I believe, Ego
Draconis) was more of an action hack and slash type of game.
