No idea on that error specifically, but I am guessing avast is triggering it as a virus or malware. Programs like OBS hook into the OS to grab the video data. So I would look into getting avast to ignore OBS.

go to the obs site, help, faq, and look for the directx 10 question. You can probably fix it with updated drivers.

Boz i have a problem, When i finished installing it, i hit finish with open the program. Avast opens up a sandbox and says the file/prevalence is low. What is wrong? (Note: This is the OBS program, not another program.))

Go to the obs website, click help, and FAQ. It is probably because you don’t have latest directx drivers. Their FAQ page has a link to update them.
