    I think a tourist trap like casino at the entrance of the city. all the visitors have to go clear downtown to spend their money.

    Dude if you place some more shopping area near residentials, you’ll stop people taking taxis to get to downtown, and it will reduce your traffic!! and no more deaths:):) awesome ‘derpy’ video though:):):):)
