There’s an easier way to do this, put one block down, place redstone torches on all four sides, put a block over each of the torches, and put a piece of redstone dust on top of the center block. It will make the noise c:

New way to do it:
1.Place to blocks side by side.
2.Put redstone on top of them.
3.Put redstone torches on 4 sides of the blocks.
3.Put blocks on top of the torches.
You can toggle it with a lever on the side
