    Be careful of those arch-villes too because they can resurrect dead enemies. I believe they cannot ressurect themselves, cyber-daemons, and spider masterminds, but otherwise they can resurrect anything else.

    I think the BFG didn’t hurt you, the archvile did. His attacks are slow but they do a lot of damage, if you don’t have the right weapon hide behind something and equip the plasma gun or the rocketlauncher if you are far enough (BFG is too slow). They can also resurrect dead enemies.

    I know you don’t want to complete 100% but in some levels half of the map is optional, if you don’t explore you miss a lot. Anyway you are almost at the end and I don’t think you need most secrets in that difficulty
