I think you mean, you can’t place blocks that fast. Some people can place blocks this fast, other people can place blocks even faster. Then there are people like sethbling who can build stupidly fast using world edit.

You can tell this has not been sped up –
1. When blocks are broken the particles fall at a normal speed
2. The hand animation when placing blocks is at regular speed
3. His movement speed is as fast as it should be in creative mode
