Two Villages Seed
Just a quick opening of this awesome Minecraft seed I found. I’m playing with RC2. You can see the seed and coordinates of each village. I’m sorry about the lack of sound. Apparently my computer is no longer recording sound… ugh!

Stackable Chests in Minecraft 1.0
This is a quick demonstration that chests can now be stacked on top of each other and still open. No dialog in this one, as I think it is self explanatory. I’m also still having problems with my sound card.

Melon farm
Proof that as of the recent weekly update melons and pumpkins will grow on untilled soil. Note that the bands between the rows of seeds are regular grass. If you want to see how to make the automated farm let me know in the comments below. I still haven’t fixed my sound card which is the reason for the lack of sound and commentary.

Spider Murder Gate
A quick example of how to create a spider “murder gate,” as I’m calling it, in Minecraft. This would be placed in a fence as you can see from the example. The spider would get stuck under the ledge and then you open the gate and attack the spider. It doesn’t keep the spider pinned, but it allows you to attack from relative safety. Sorry about the lack of sound. That should be fixed by the time I post my next video.

Semi-automated wheat farm in Minecraft
How to build a semi-automated wheat farm in Minecraft. This uses a very simple yet flexible approach to the farm that allows you to customize it as you see fit. Due to the design it is easy to connect multiple farms together, or even stack them.
