More! Minecraft 1.2 Testing – LP #43
Last episode, I tested the effects of Minecraft 1.2 on my mob spawners and other contraptions, but I forgot a few things… namely the all-in-one chicken & egg farm. MINECRAFT 1.2 MOB DANCE OFF : 1.2 Update Mob spinning glitch
In the new update, version 1.2, mobs apparently have much better AI, nice of them to add a lil bit of dancing!! I found this whilst doing an obviously much larger project, which I plan on making a video on. Oh, notice how the creeper serves another creeper! The song is Pendulum – Fasten Your Seatbelts

NEW Minecraft Snapshot 12w08a: Iron Golem – Overview
The Iron Golem comes crashing onto the new snapshot 12w08a. It defends villages with it’s mighty brutality and their hardened Iron shells make them amongst the toughest mobs in the game. The snapshot also brings improved world and lighting, as well as the ability to place stairs upside-down. Iron Golems roam villages slowly and are passive to the player. When provoked, Iron Golems will move toward their target at a faster rate, swinging their arms up violently once in range to attack. This does 3½ to 10 hearts damage to their target. They will attack Endermen, Zombie Pigmen, Blazes, Silverfish, Skeletons, Spiders, Cave Spiders, and Zombies if any come within their sight. They will attack the player if the player attacks it first, or if the player attacks a Villager (Only in Survival Mode). The Iron Golem does not have to directly see the player attacking a Villager to become hostile toward the player. They do not despawn if the difficulty is switched to peaceful and will continue to attack the player. Iron Golems do not attack Creepers, likely due to a Creepers destructive nature which may destroy sections of the village. They also do not attack Slimes, Magma Cubes, or Ghasts. It is possible for Iron Golems to accidentally attack one another, although this will deal no damage nor provoke them against each other. Upon death, Iron Golems drop three to five Iron Ingot, and sometimes one or two roses. If an Iron Golem generated as part of a NPC Village is killed, it will …

Minecraft Snow Golem FTW
Today on my Minecraft show, I use creative mode to make the new 1.9 Adventure update snow golem. They are really fun and all you need to make them is 2 snow blocks and a jack o’ lantern. The Snow Golems are harmless, but will attack your enemies with snowballs (too bad the snowballs don’t inflict any damage). Paulsoarejr made a hilarious video of getting three snow golem to team up on a creeper. Pretty epic. Minecraft is really coming along with all of the new updates and it is still only in beta.
