Your not a vampire, Sanguinare Vampiris is the first stagef getting vampirism and you can cure it at a shrine or with a cure disease potion as it isn’t full vampirism yet.
Also, I believe you need a special item to activate the pedistal but I don’t know what it is.

omg why is your friend so slow.. I finished it in a week. and only lvl 55. so.. why dont you just watch and be quiet.. this isnt a speedrun
