You should’ve had each city specialized in something different for example: Las Keralis specialized in gambling well Keralis Coal is specialized in coal mins and mining operations. That’s how you make a lot of cake Keralis luv and Diamonds

Keralis, if you want more people in the city without having to place more residential zones then all you have to do is upgrade the streets since that will stimulate growth they will upgrade their houses into big ones or apartment buildings.

Keralis add an international airport (U just unlocked it after placing municipal one!) to get more tourists! If there’s room add it near the expo centre and add your tourist attractions there! (:
